Do you know? There are 2 situations your HRDC funds can be forfeited!
A) If you do not utilise the HRDC fund for over 2 years (no claim has been made within two (2) consecutive years), your funds will be forfeited.
However, HRDC will still retain the RM10,000 balance value. See below statement in the circular issued by HRDC.
B) If your levy balance is over RM50,000 and ultilisation rate less than 50% for year 2023 levy paid, 15% of the paid levy will be deducted (under Program Latihan Madani circular)
