1. Today, the system is made up of dozens of web servers. If one of the servers is down, within a minute, another server will take over the task. Down time is kept minimal.
   
   
2. The database of the system is not accessible from any external IP addresses.
   
   
3. The premium Amazon service we acquired, does auto-backup 7 days a week. This means, if there is any software glitch, we can roll back to the previous date’s version. If a customer made a mistake when configuring the system, we are able to assist them in restoring the system to its previous settings, up to a 3-month period.
   
   
4. Our HTTPS encryption certificate belongs to our own entity – Coastal Hectare Sdn Bhd.

1. Employee birthdays shown on the calendar can be viewed by everyone, or for HR admin only
   
   
2. Employee contacts in the mobile app can be viewed by everyone, or set to restricted views. (Certain industries prefer to limit access to such information)
   
   
3. You can let employees edit their personal data, or you can take charge of the editing, and not allowing them to do any modifications (some companies have strict policies on this)
   
   
4. The leave calendar can be viewed by everyone, or limited to employees reporting to the same manager, or by everyone within the same department
   
   
5. When HR admin withdraws a leave application, a notification can be sent to the employee or the manager, or both, or to no one
